Manjaly Infrastructures is looking for an experienced Architect to join our design and project team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural planning, design development, and execution of residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and design presentations
- Prepare working drawings and detailed project documentation
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and execution teams
- Handle end-to-end project planning and site supervision
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and approvals
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp (or similar tools)
- Excellent design and project management skills
- Ability to independently handle projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Preferred:
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Immediate joiners only
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
