About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our clients' businesses on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of marketplace operations and be eager to learn and contribute to business growth.
Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience
- Relevant internships or prior experience in marketplace management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Manage pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads).
- Track daily sales performance and prepare performance reports.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and catalog-related errors.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for product uploads, creatives, and content updates.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Participate in marketplace events such as deals, sales campaigns, and promotional programs.
- Analyze sales, advertising performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Understanding of product listing and catalog management.
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certifications in E-commerce or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
