- Detailed Engineering Design: Mapping out Greenfield API projects using Quality by Design (QbD) and Efficiency by Design (EbD) methodologies.
- Global Standard Alignment: Structuring plant operations to consistently clear stringent international audits including USFDA, WHO, and EUGMP.
- Chemical Segment Processing: Overseeing engineering architectures for specialized segments like Chemical Synthesis, Steroids, Hormones, and Oncology.
- Core Skill Requirements Across Both Domains
- Regulatory Fluency: Complete comfort navigating FDA, WHO, and local pharmaceutical oversight rules.
- Data Analysis: Ability to spot bottlenecks in either data code or production assembly lines.
- Client Management: Managing expectations between corporate pharmaceutical teams and third-party inspectors
