Job Description – Production Engineer
(Food & Beverage / Pharma Machinery Manufacturing)
Role Purpose:
To lead and manage end-to-end production activities for machinery manufacturing, utilizing multi-skilled expertise in fitting, electrical, programming, and AutoCAD, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely production.
Key Responsibilities (Brief)
- Oversee complete production process from planning to final dispatch
- Manage and guide teams across fitting, electrical, and assembly functions
- Interpret and support technical drawings (AutoCAD) and basic programming requirements
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues on shop floor
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and management teams
- Drive process improvement, efficiency, and cost control
- On floor Team coordination (Worker)
Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Fitter / Electrical / Programming (Basic)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (intermidiate)
- Proven experience in production management role
- Experience in Food & Beverage or Pharma machinery manufacturing
- Leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,423.75 - ₹38,331.43 per month
