Bharat Herbs Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote our Ayurvedic and Herbal Healthcare products in the Bhubaneswar region. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. Medical representatives typically promote products to doctors and pharmacists, maintain customer relationships, and work toward territory sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacists.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits and market surveys.
- Ensure product availability at stockists and chemists.
- Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily call reports and submit sales reports on time.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline .
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or FMCG sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
