Role Description
The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand identities, designing logos, crafting typographic layouts, and producing high-quality graphics that align with client objectives and agency standards. This role also involves staying updated on design trends, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse digital and print work.
- 2 -3 years of experience in designing
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to create clear, engaging visual communication.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Experience working in digital agencies or similar fast-paced environments, preferably in social media and web-focused projects.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and feedback skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
