Experienced Purchase Manager to manage the procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies required for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase quality products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and store departments to understand material requirements.
- Ensure all purchases meet quality and budget standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (hospitality/cafe experience preferred).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Salary: As per company standards (Negotiable based on experience)
