WE’RE HIRING – ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a Roadside Assistance Executive with knowledge of US Trucking Operations to efficiently manage truck and trailer breakdowns and roadside support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle truck & trailer breakdowns
Arrange roadside assistance, towing & recovery
Coordinate tire repair and replacement
Coordinate with mobile mechanics & repair shops
Obtain repair estimates and negotiate vendor pricing
Coordinate with drivers, dispatch & service providers
Track repairs and provide status & ETA updates
Review repair invoices, receipts & service charges
Maintain breakdown, repair & vendor records
Ensure minimum truck downtime and repair costs
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Excel formulas
Fluent English speaking and communication skill
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate professionally with US drivers and vendors
Basic understanding of US Trucking Operations
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Shift: Day & Night Shift
Experience: Experienced & Intermediate-Level Candidates Can Apply
Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
