About the Role:
North Bengal Tourism is looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join our office in Siliguri.
This is an office-based role. You will handle customer enquiries received through our website, phone calls and WhatsApp, guide customers about our tour packages, prepare quotations, follow up with enquiries and help convert them into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
- Explain tour packages and pricing
- Prepare and send quotations
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Assist customers throughout the booking process
- Perform basic computer and office-related work
Requirements:
- Bengali language is mandatory
- Hindi communication skills required
- Basic English reading and speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply
