Job Summary
House Banao is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present company services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–6 months of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
