Junior Listing Executive
Job Summary:
ROBU.in is building a high-performance Product Listing Team and is looking for an enthusiastic Electronics Product Listing Executive to join us. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Product Listing or Catalog Management.
As India’s largest Robotics E-Commerce store, Robu.in hosts over 100,000+ products, including Electronic Components, Drone Parts, E-bike Accessories, 3D Printer Parts, Development Boards, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and many more.
Location: Dighi, Pune
Number of Positions: 01 Only.
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-hand Per Month + P.F+ E.S.I.C .(Salary depends on interview, Skills, Experience & last-drawn salary (CTC: 2,32,058 LPA To 2,94,307 LPA).
Required Qualifications: Diploma or engineering in electronics is preferable. (Graduate in any discipline can apply).
Experience: Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce product listing
Required Skills:
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and product listing processes.
· Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Ability to manage multiple products and tasks efficiently.
· Basic problem-solving skills for resolving listing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle a portfolio of 500+ SKUs across multiple e-commerce platforms including company website, eMAG, and Trendyol.
- Create new product listings and ensure accurate product information across all platforms.
- Update existing listings including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and stock details.
- Resolve listing-related issues such as listing errors, inactive products, mapping issues, and marketplace rejections.
- Monitor and update product pricing based on company guidelines and marketplace conditions.
- Manage product stock updates to maintain inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
- Submit products to various marketplaces and ensure successful listing approvals.
- Add and manage products in promotional campaigns and marketplace offers from time to time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth catalog and marketplace operations.
- Maintain listing quality and consistency across all platforms.
