POSITION:- CIVIL QC ENGINEER
Job description:-
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our team for Precast Products Plant in Sriperumbudur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction materials, workmanship, and finished work comply with the company’s strict standards, client specifications, and international quality standards.
Responsibilities:-
- Material Testing: Oversee testing of construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, piling, aggregates) to ensure they meet required standards.
- Batch Plant Quality: Responsible for the Batch Plant Quality Testing & QC Analytical Lab Operation and Testing.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and track deviations from quality standards, preparing and closing out Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR).
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test reports, calibration certificates, and material approvals.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for quality audits with consultants, clients, and contractors.
- Safety Adherence: Ensure all QC activities are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Education: Diploma/B.E
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
- Ability to set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what are the quality standards
- Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements and maintain documentation
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
