We're looking for an ambitious, driven Solar Sales Manager to build and grow new sales channels for our solar EPC business. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is experienced in the solar sector and can identify, open, and close new market segments
-Requirements :
- 5–10 years of proven work experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the solar sector
- Proven track record of opening new accounts/channels in solar industry
- Experience selling DCR/ALMM-listed modules
- Strong understanding of solar module specs, pricing dynamics, and the Indian solar ecosystem
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting, and reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational and team management skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is advantageous)
- Based in Mumbai; willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to deliver results and exceed targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Existing network among EPC contractors, distributors, or C&I solar buyers.
