About the Role
The Sanskriti School, Bhopal is looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to manage and maintain the school’s complete IT infrastructure, digital systems, software platforms, surveillance systems, networking, and technical support operations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to ensure smooth functioning of all IT-related activities within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain computers, printers, projectors, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and networking systems.
- Monitor and maintain server systems and data security.
- Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Software & Digital Platform Management
- Manage school ERP, online examination systems, attendance systems, and digital learning platforms.
- Maintain and update school websites and online portals.
- Coordinate with software vendors for technical support and updates.
- Ensure proper backup and recovery of important institutional data.
Surveillance & Security
- Manage CCTV, DVR, and surveillance systems across the campus.
- Ensure regular monitoring and maintenance of security systems.
- Maintain cybersecurity standards and prevent unauthorized access to systems.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support to staff, faculty, and management.
- Resolve system/network-related issues on priority basis.
- Assist departments in smooth execution of digital and online activities.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate purchase and maintenance of IT equipment and accessories.
- Handle vendor communication and AMC coordination.
- Maintain inventory records of all IT assets.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with administration and management for IT-related requirements.
- Maintain IT logs, reports, and maintenance records.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned technical tasks and projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in schools/coaching institutes.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, CCTV systems, ERP software, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of website management and basic server handling.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of biometric attendance systems and online test platforms.
- Experience in managing educational IT systems.
- Basic knowledge of graphic/video software will be an added advantage.
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Salary
- Salary will be based on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
