Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Execute the curriculum for Housekeeping Operations/Room Attendant trades as per DDU-GKY and Sector Skill Council (SSC) standards. This includes both theoretical concepts and extensive practical demonstrations.
- Skill Development: Train students in elementary first-aid, firefighting, safety regulations, personal hygiene, and specialized cleaning procedures (e.g., using new technology equipment and managing waste).
- Industry Preparedness: Prepare trainees for On-the-Job Training (OJT), industrial visits, and final assessments. Instill workplace ethics, soft skills, and hospitality industry etiquette.
- Classroom Administration: Act as the custodian of the domain lab. Track daily attendance, conduct assessments, and manage batch closure processes as required by the Project Implementing Agency (PIA).
- Placement & Mentorship: Counsel, mentor, and motivate rural youth throughout the training cycle. Assist in matching candidates with suitable employment opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
