Key Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion blow molding machines efficiently to meet production targets.
- Set up molds, dies, and machine parameters according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust temperature, pressure, and cycle settings as needed.
- Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for defects such as flash, leakage, thickness variation, and dimensional inaccuracies.
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain production records.
- Troubleshoot process and machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance technicians when required.
- Ensure raw materials are loaded and handled properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work areas following 5S standards.
- Follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report production issues, quality concerns, and equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce scrap.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Plastic Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating extrusion blow molding machines.
- Experience with HDPE, PP, PETG, or similar plastic materials preferred.
- Familiarity with machine brands such as Jagmohan, Windsor, Aryan and Vinitha.
- Basic understanding of molds, hydraulics, pneumatics, and cooling systems.
- Ability to read production sheets and quality specifications.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
