LaSalle Investment Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JLL Technology, Data & Information Management Centre of Expertise (Bangalore), is seeking a Data Quality and Governance Analyst I to join our Digital Transformation Team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of operational and financial data across LaSalle's global investment management platform.

What This Job Involves
Responsibilities
Acquire, validate, and maintain operational and financial data from primary and secondary sources, including Rent Roll Reports, AR Reports, and Trial Balance preparations
Conduct comprehensive data quality checks and validation on Tenancy Schedules, Arrears templates, dashboards, and source systems; raise JIRA defects as necessary
Filter and clean data by identifying and resolving discrepancies, data source problems, and inconsistencies across frontend and backend systems
Manage daily data upload processes (SFTP) and acquire/process data from multiple external research sources (RCA, CBRE-EA, Moody's Analytics, NCREIF, Altus, CoStar, Realpage) within specified timeframes
Maintain and refresh Climate Risk data (MSCI CVaR) and Performance data for CE and UK assets on established schedules
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams to reduce data load/ETL issues and support product deliverables and UAT initiatives
Utilize Power BI, SSBI/SSMS, JLLGPT, and relevant dashboards for data validation, analysis, and problem-solving tasks
Identify and implement 2-3 process improvement opportunities per quarter to reduce manual handling time and improve data quality
Support data warehousing projects including database maintenance, business rules implementation, unit system testing, and building key datasets for operational and exploratory analysis
Maintain comprehensive logs, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); update knowledge base within 24 hours of incident resolution and provide ad-hoc support to cross-functional teams

Experience & Education
At least 2 years of experience in Operational/IT/Finance Data Management Function
Experience working in Investment Banking / Finance / Insurance / Services Industry / Real Estate Industry Preferred
Strong expertise in assisting in delivering well-organized reports, dashboards, data analysis, and statistical models - Devise key metrics with clients and leverage knowledge of data preparation activities such as extraction, cleansing, aggregation, and data analysis to deliver on internal/client requirements
Superb written and verbal skills, ability to communicate technical and non-technical aspects
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering / Commerce discipline. Advanced degree preferred
Technical Skills & Competencies
Proficiency working with YARDI, Microsoft Office, including Excel
Preferred with ability to read and understand at least one programming language (i.e. Python, .net, Java, VBA etc.)
Preferred with experience with SQL or other relational databases
Strong expertise with a quantitative aptitude and ability to perform market analysis
