Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Bakery Trainees/Interns to assist in the production of Cookies, Toast, Khari, Chocolates, Brownies, Cakes, and other bakery products. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in bakery production, quality control, food safety, and packaging operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of cookies, toast, khari, brownies, cakes, chocolates, and other baked products.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients as per standard recipes.
- Support mixing, baking, decorating, cooling, and finishing processes.
- Assist in product packaging, labeling, and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and production areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Support inventory management and stock organization.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a course in Bakery, Food Production, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Passion for baking and confectionery products.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Working Conditions
- 6 Days Working
- 9 AM - 6 PM
- Rotational Weekly Off
