Job Summary
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance. The role involves identifying training needs, conducting training sessions, evaluating effectiveness and supporting employee development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Assessment
- Identify organizational and departmental training requirements through discussions with management and employees.
- Conduct training needs analyses and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Develop annual training plans and schedules.
Training Design & Development
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, manuals, assessments and learning resources.
- Develop onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Update training content to align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and skill-development programs.
- Deliver training on soft skills, customer service, leadership, compliance, and role-specific competencies.
- Ensure active participation and effective learning outcomes.
Performance Evaluation
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Prepare training reports and recommendations for management.
- Monitor employee progress and provide coaching where required.
Learning & Development Support
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to support employee development initiatives.
- Research and implement new training methodologies and technologies.
- Support succession planning and talent development programs.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
