Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will assist with client coordination, sales administration, proposal preparation, lead management, and communication between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the daily activities of the Sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide timely follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
Coordinate with hotel operations, reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Track sales leads and assist in converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the Sales team.
Monitor contract renewals and maintain client documentation.
Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, hospitality sales, customer service, or administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of hospitality industry sales processes.
Experience handling corporate clients and group bookings.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
