Quality Assurance & Control
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures at project sites.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues and suggest corrective actions.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to ISO, IS, ASTM, and other relevant quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance audits.
Process Improvement:
- Monitor production and construction processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required quality specifications.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to address quality concerns.
- Provide training to workers on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation to management.
Safety & Risk Management:
- Ensure that safety and quality protocols are followed on-site.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Investigate quality-related incidents and suggest corrective measures.
