Full Stack Developer (MERN + React Native)

About the Role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications, landing pages, internal tools, and mobile apps (Android/iOS) that power our performance marketing campaigns and client deliverables. You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to ship fast, functional, conversion-focused products across web and mobile.
Requirements:
- Must be an immediate joiner. And willing to commute to the office on a daily basis.
- This is an On-site position and therefore, you must be able to commute to office location (Noida Sector - 62, Delhi - NCR) on a daily basis. So, do not apply if you are looking for a work from home or part time or hybrid opportunity.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of prior Full Stack Development experience in building and managing Web applications and Mobile (Android & iOS) applications.
- Please do not apply if you have more than 5 years of experience as we are only looking for an intermediate candidate, not an exceptionally expert one.
- Must have a portfolio showing shipped work in both web and mobile
- Must have proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development (published apps preferred)
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows
- Demonstrated proficiency in both web and mobile app development — this is a must, not a nice-to-have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience publishing apps on Play Store/App Store
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Vercel/Netlify) and mobile backend services (Firebase)
- Prior experience in a marketing/agency environment
- Exposure to analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM) and mobile SDKs (Meta SDK, Firebase Analytics)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Build and deploy cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using React Native
- Build responsive, high-performance landing pages and client-facing dashboards
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for internal tools, mobile apps, and third-party marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, analytics tools)
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional web and mobile interfaces
- Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness — critical for ad-driven traffic
- Handle app store deployment processes (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
- Debug, test, and deploy applications; manage version control via Git
- Work with databases (MongoDB/SQL) for data modeling and query optimization
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
