Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Handle calls, messages, emails, and patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with Professionals and Therapists
- Manage billing, receipts, and basic documentation
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
