Web Consultant (International Sales – Australia Website Process)
Job Summary:
Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is hiring confident, energetic, and target-driven Web Consultants for our Australia Website Process. This role involves outbound B2B sales to Australia-based businesses, offering website development, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and the confidence to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to Australia-based businesses.
- Pitch website development, website redesign, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable web solutions/packages.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and explain service benefits effectively.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales successfully.
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales performance reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, website services, and industry updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales (Australia process preferred).
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Basic understanding of website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international sales environment.
