Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Yoga & Meditation Instructor to lead daily yoga and meditation sessions for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in yoga, pranayama, mindfulness, and meditation practices, with the ability to inspire and guide participants of varying ages and experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging yoga and meditation sessions for approximately 3 hours per day.
- Guide participants through yoga asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.
- Adapt sessions to meet the needs of beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
- Ensure safe practice by demonstrating proper alignment and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary wellness team to support personalized wellness programs.
- Foster a calm, positive, and welcoming environment for all participants.
Requirements
- Certification in Yoga Instruction from a recognized institution.
- Experience teaching yoga and meditation in wellness centres, retreats, studios, or similar settings.
- Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, punctual, and passionate about holistic health.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international guests.
- Knowledge of therapeutic yoga and Ayurveda-based wellness practices.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage.
Schedule
- Part-Time: 3 hours per day
- Flexible working hours (morning or evening sessions based on operational requirements).
