*CNC ROUTER MACHINE*
- Operate CNC router machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand production drawings, cutting plans, and job sheets.
- Load raw materials onto the machine table and ensure proper alignment.
- Set machine parameters, tools, and cutting programs.
- Monitor machine operations and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Change cutting tools and maintain tool inventory.
- Reduce material wastage and optimise production efficiency.
- Follow safety standards and factory procedures.
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams.
*SHEET METAL BENDING MACHINE*
- Operate sheet metal bending/press brake machines safely.
- Read engineering drawings, bend schedules, and specifications.
- Set up machine tools, dies, and bending parameters.
- Perform accurate bending operations on sheet metal parts.
- Check dimensions and bend angles using measuring instruments.
- Ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and output reports.
- Follow workplace safety and quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
