We at DEX Conduct online examinations for Government and Privat Sector examinations
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management: Oversee and streamline daily operations, including student onboarding, course delivery, exam management, and support workflows. Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a liaison between academic, technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalations, student/faculty queries, and operational bottlenecks promptly and effectively. Data & Reporting: Monitor key operational metrics, maintain databases, and prepare reports for management to drive data-informed decisions. Process Improvement: Identify gaps, suggest, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction. Technology Integration: Assist in implementing and managing operational tools and platforms (LMS, CRM, etc.). Content/Exam Operations: Support the preparation, validation, and delivery of exams, ensuring policy adherence and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
