- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve their goals.
- The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, setting sales targets and goals, and providing guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
Responsibilities: -
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals - Recruit and train new sales team members, ensuring they are properly onboarded and trained to meet the company's standards
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take action to address them - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in industry events and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Pay: ₹18,260.17 - ₹73,190.03 per month
