Qualification: Any Degree / Engineering preferred
Experience: 2–4 years with demonstrable tendering experience
Mandatory skills: GeM portal experience; Government e-procurement portals; tender search and evaluation; bid preparation/submission; technical and commercial documentation; BOQ analysis; EMD/PBG/tender fee understanding; DSC handling; vendor/OEM quotation collection; compliance matrix preparation; bid deadlines; and post-bid clarification/documentation.
Procurement responsibilities: RFQs, quotation comparison, vendor development, negotiation support, target-cost tracking, PO preparation/follow-up and procurement savings reporting.
