Job Responsibilities:
- Handle US healthcare accounts receivable follow-up.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status.
- Resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Document account updates accurately in the system.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience as an AR Caller in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience working with insurance follow-ups, denials management, and claims resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
