Royalzz Dental Clinic is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting dental services, handling patient inquiries, converting leads into appointments, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in and online inquiries professionally
- Explain dental treatments, packages, and services to potential patients
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment plans
- Maintain patient records and sales reports accurately
- Coordinate with dentists and front desk staff for smooth patient handling
- Achieve monthly sales and patient conversion targets
- Promote clinic offers, memberships, and cosmetic dental services
- Handle patient concerns and provide excellent customer service
- Support marketing campaigns and local promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales/customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare, dental, beauty, wellness, or hospitality sales preferred
- Ability to work with sales targets and patient follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, social media)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English and local language preferred
