We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right training programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads generated through webinars, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and training teams for student onboarding.
- Resolve student queries and provide timely support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
