Job Summary
We are hiring Stewards for a leading hospital facility in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with food service operations, ensuring timely meal delivery, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing excellent service to patients and hospital staff.
Candidates with prior experience in hospital catering, healthcare facilities, institutional catering, or hospitality establishments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve meals to patients as per prescribed schedules and dietary instructions.
- Assist in food distribution and meal service operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
- Follow hospital food safety and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams for smooth meal service.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with patients, attendants, and staff.
- Assist with clearing trays and maintaining service equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and catering quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria/Education
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Higher Secondary qualification preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Steward, Food Service Assistant, or Catering Staff.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, hotels, canteens, or institutional catering preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude may also apply.
