Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Executive to drive recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping teams scale while creating a high-performance and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, creative, and business roles Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring Coordinate interviews and deliver smooth candidate experiences Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
2. HR Operations Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee files Coordinate payroll inputs and HR compliance requirements Maintain HRMS systems and policy records Assist leadership with org planning and workforce needs
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Organize team events, engagement initiatives, and internal communication programs Support performance review cycles and feedback systems Help create a high-ownership, transparent, and motivated culture Improve HR policies and processes
Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR generalist or talent acquisition roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience hiring for gaming, tech, startups, or creative teams is a plus
