Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet clients to understand their property needs and suggest suitable listings.
- Conduct site visits and property showings to prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, location benefits, and legal documents.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate deals and finalize sales agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, documentation) to ensure smooth closing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market and geography.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic understanding of real estate documentation and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
