About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition and be comfortable with sourcing candidates, cold calling, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through portals like Naukri and other job platforms
- Perform cold calling to potential candidates and build a strong pipeline
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Naukri portal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication can also apply)
- Immediate joiners preferred
