Role Overview
You'll work directly with the founder on live projects involving AI tools, automation, digital products, and business operations. This is a high-ownership role with real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Do
- Research and test the latest AI tools and automation platforms
- Build business automations using tools like Zapier and Make.com
- Support digital product development on sheelaa.com
- Create SOPs and process documentation
- Assist with e-commerce operations and website improvements
- Prepare business reports and presentations for leadership
What We're Looking For
- BBA graduate or final-year BBA student
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and digital business
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and self-driven
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office
Bonus: Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, Notion AI, or Airtable
