Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite and well-organized Receptionist to manage front office operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors
- Handle phone calls and appointment bookings
- Manage patient registration and front desk activities
- Maintain records and basic data entry
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Handle billing or guide patients to billing section
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (from a reputed university/ college)
Experience: 0-2years
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to handle patients calmly
Salary: ₹10000- ₹15000 per month (Negotiable)
