Social Media Marketing Executive -
Sando Rotary Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content, optimizing campaigns, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand messaging and business goals Develop and execute social media strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement Support execution of paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads Coordinate with internal teams to develop product and industry-related marketing content Assist in creating marketing materials such as posts, banners, and promotional content Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and digital marketing practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Understanding of content planning and social media strategy Basic experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in social media marketing or digital marketing Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva / Photoshop) is a plus Agency or B2B marketing experience is an advantage
