Job responsibilities included :-
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and discrepancies.
- Prepare procurement reports and purchase analyses.
- Support negotiations with vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams.
Required qualification: -
Engineering diploma in Mech, ENTC, Electric
1 to 2 yrs of experience in purchasing and procurement
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
