About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with 1–2 years of experience to join our rehabilitation healthcare team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing effective occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy focused on improving ADL, functional mobility, motor skills, coordination, and independence.
- Work with patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, and other medical conditions.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home-based activities.
- Coordinate with Physiotherapists, Physicians, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and rehabilitation best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach toward patients and caregivers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
