Experience & Qualifications:
- 4.5 to 5.5 years of experience in Management Consulting (preferred) or Sales – Outbound Direct Sales / Channel Sales
- BBA / MBA / Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Sales Processes is a must

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Consultant in coordinating fieldwork for assignments by contributing to project plans, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff
- Visit client sites and observe on-ground operations
- Develop knowledge of sales strategies
- Participate in drafting reports and present drafts for review and approval
- Gather financial and non-financial data (qualitative and quantitative)
- Conduct interviews and apply strong observation skills
- Assist in analysis and preparation of recommendations to drive sales and business growth
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through detailed work plans and meeting minutes
- Lead primary and secondary research to derive actionable insights
- Contribute to problem-solving using frameworks and hypothesis validation
- Create reports and tools to measure project effectiveness
- Document learnings to build reusable knowledge assets
- Support team members and organizational requirements beyond assigned deliverables
- Interview client employees, management, and stakeholders
- Assist in implementing solutions and ensure execution support at client end
