Social Media & Marketing Manager

*This role will collaborate deeply with our founder/s, as well as our design and sales teams in India and the UK.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Drive initiatives to increase website and social media traffic through SEO, UX, content optimization, and conversion improvement.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility among Interior Designers and Architects in India and overseas markets.
Performance & Market Review
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing and PR activities against defined KPIs.
- Conduct ongoing market, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends and campaign opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to senior management.
Marketing Communications & Execution
- Coordinate with external agencies (digital, PR, exhibitions, media) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Lead and manage the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including CRM, email marketing, social media, and display campaigns.
- Manage brand assets, including project photography, visual libraries, and marketing collaterals such as catalogues and sample packs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams across group companies to share content, visuals, and project assets.
Essential Experience
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English
· Graduate within a relevant field with 4-5 years of marketing experience, especially social media.
· Proven working experience in marketing function
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
· Deep interest in the interiors and design space
· Flexible and open to change
Desirable Experience
· Diploma in Management or MBA
· Experience working in home décor, interiors or building materials
· Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator
· Prior experience and strong understanding of social media and content marketing
· Prior experience in an export-oriented company or working with international clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
