Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Junior Anchor cum Producer to support content creation, presentation, and production activities across various media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen interest in current affairs and trending topics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop content on current affairs, public issues, and trending topics.
- Write, edit, and proofread scripts, briefs, and content pieces.
- Present video content, interviews, explainers, and other on-camera segments.
- Coordinate with creative, editorial, and production teams for content execution.
- Assist in planning and producing daily content schedules.
- Conduct background research and gather information from reliable sources.
- Prepare talking points, interview questionnaires, and presentation notes.
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ensure content accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Support live and recorded content production activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
- Good command of English will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Comfortable facing the camera and delivering content confidently.
- Basic script-writing and content-development skills.
- Awareness of current affairs, governance, politics, and social issues.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Political Science, English, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in content creation, anchoring, public speaking, or media production will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on skills and experience)
Pay: ₹10,839.12 - ₹37,292.17 per month
