Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, meet prospective clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present the company's products and services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the sales process and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
