Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager / AI Project Manager for the US market with strong exposure to AI-driven projects and excellent communication skills.
This is a highly client-facing role requiring someone who understands AI solutions, AI Agents, automation workflows, and technology delivery while managing US-based clients and coordinating closely with internal technical teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working on AI / GenAI / AI Agents / AI Chatbot / Automation projects
- Mandatory experience working with US clients in an IT Services company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical understanding and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to coordinate between clients and internal AI/development teams
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and AI-driven business solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Manage US client communication and AI project coordination
- Work closely with AI, engineering, and delivery teams
- Handle project discussions, execution tracking, timelines, and escalations
- Understand business requirements and align AI-driven solutions accordingly
- Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Work Structure (Important)
This role follows a hybrid schedule aligned with US business hours:
- 12 PM – 4 PM: Mandatory Work from Office for internal coordination, team discussions, and project alignment
- 8 PM onwards: Work from Home for US client meetings and project management activities

Required Skills
- 5+ years in Client Management / Project Management / Account Management
- Hands-on exposure to AI projects is mandatory
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams
- Experience in IT Services environment is required
