About the Job
We are looking for confident and energetic Sales Executives (Male/Female) to join our Wholesale & Retail Store.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have a strong interest in sales and fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle wholesale and retail customers.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in product selection.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Develop new wholesale customer connections and generate enquiries.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Handle product enquiries, pricing, sizes, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the office and production team for customer orders.
- Assist with billing, stock checking, and other store activities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in fashion, garments, textiles, wholesale, or retail.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build good customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone applications.
- Candidates with good connections with boutiques, textile shops, or fashion retailers will have an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and capabilityAdditional: Performance-based incentives
