About the Role
Mayuresh Engineers is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Inside Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and process sales orders efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage order processing and documentation using ERP/Tally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Support business development activities and identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and service.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in quotation preparation and order processing.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering or industrial manufacturing products.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial, engineering, or technical sales.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹30,000.09 - ₹40,158.20 per month
