About the Role
Drag AI is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in artificial intelligence, technology, sales, business development, and client communication.
The role provides practical experience in how an AI-focused technology business identifies potential clients, understands business requirements, communicates solutions, develops relationships, and converts qualified opportunities into clients.
Previous experience is not required. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, confidence, curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential business clients and target companies.
Generate and qualify leads through online research and other available channels.
Contact potential clients through phone calls, email, messaging, and other professional communication channels.
Introduce Drag AI and explain its services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements, business challenges, and areas where AI or technology solutions may be relevant.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
Qualify promising opportunities and coordinate them with the internal team.
Maintain accurate information about prospects and follow-up activities.
Continuously improve communication, sales, lead generation, and business development skills.

Candidate Requirements
Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Freshers, recent graduates, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous sales or business development experience is not required.
Compensation and Growth
Fixed compensation: INR 5,000 per month.
Additional performance-based incentives may be provided based on individual performance and successful client conversions.
This is a fully remote opportunity.
