Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers in the rice industry. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, handling queries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and service excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop long-term relationships to support repeat business
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Coordinate with quality, logistics, and sales teams for quick resolution
- Track and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, or billing
- Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service / CRM / sales coordination
- Experience in FMCG / food industry will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,127.54 - ₹27,239.14 per month
